It's a Rectangle!

Finally, a little bit of handspinning gets attention.
This is BFL that was purchased from a Stitches East or two ago, I think.

The fiber was spun into my very first three-ply yarn, fingering weight, I believe.

At first, I thought that I'd just make a knitted scarf.

When I signed up for Team Crochet for Ravelympics, I was reminded how nice crochet breaks up color pools in hand-dyed yarn. So I ripped back the scarf and began again.
Tunisian! That's the only crochet that I know how to do. Have you tried it? Don't you love how it looks like knitted fabric? Not sure what this rectangle will become in the future, but for now it's just entertaining to peep at.
